Video: How to be more ADHD-friendly
The world is made for people without ADHD, which can make life hard for kids who struggle with attention. These kids can benefit from accommodations — both at school and at home — that draw on their strengths and that focus on finding solutions. Examples might include a standing desk or slip-on shoes. These “ADHD-friendly” accommodations can make life a little easier.
