When kids are going back to school, it’s always an important time for families and teachers to connect. But parent-teacher communication is especially important this year.

After more than a year of schooling during the pandemic, your child’s teacher will want to know important information. Was distance or hybrid learning super stressful? Did any family members get sick or lose their job during the pandemic? How has racial injustice impacted your child?

Use this one-page download to update the teacher on how your child is doing. You can fill it out on your computer or phone. Or you can print it out and fill it in by hand.
