What’s the best way to show you’re paying attention while in a Zoom meeting? When is it OK to turn off the camera? Are facial expressions helpful or distracting? Whether you’re working from home or in the office, chances are you’ve asked yourself at least one of these questions before.

Zoom meetings can be tricky, especially for people with ADHD. Watch as Ben gives tips on how to help your next Zoom meeting run more smoothly.

## Ben’s tips

1. Maintain eye contact with the camera.
2. Use facial expressions to show you’re paying attention.
3. Be vocal when someone shares their screen.
4. Turn off the camera during breaks.
5. Keep a dictionary tab open.
6. Unmute yourself to say goodbye.
