It was conducted by The Harris Poll. And it had some striking results about workplace accommodations. It found that... - 4 out of 5 people (85%) agree that offering accommodations for neurodivergent employees is important for equality in the workplace. - About the same number (83%) agree that accommodations make workplaces fairer and better for everyone.  But among people who say they’re neurodivergent or have learning and thinking differences… - 6 out of 10 people (60%) don’t know what accommodations they’re entitled to. - Almost half (49%) aren’t sure who to talk to about workplace accommodations at their company. And it’s why we chose [Global Accessibility Awareness Day](https://accessibility.day/) as our launch date.
