Chris Simler is a national disability inclusion consultant, working with corporations, mid-size businesses, nonprofit agencies, and national associations, providing leadership, development, consultation, training, and support. He has 20 years of experience in management and leadership in the field of disability outreach, diversity, and inclusion.
He has designed national models to enhance the talent life cycle and create depth within hiring initiatives. He’s the author of several articles and speaks and trains nationally. He has trained C-Suite executives, human resource professionals, supervisors, and social service professionals.
Chris has a BA in applied behavioral science from National Louis University. He applies his knowledge of leadership, program development, communication, and instruction when working with corporations and businesses.
