Marcus Soutra is the president of Eye to Eye, the only national mentoring group run by and for people with learning and thinking differences.
Soutra learned of his own dyslexia and ADHD at a young age. He struggled in grade school, feeling frustrated and misunderstood. After graduating from college, he chose to devote his life to creating a world where all young people with learning differences can achieve their full potential.
As Eye to Eye’s president, Soutra steers the group’s evolution as a driving force for change for people with learning and thinking differences in education, government, the workplace, and pop culture.
