Blair Arthur heads up the Insights team at Understood, sussing out the human truths that will help us develop strategies, programs, and products to help those with learning and thinking differences on their journey. 

Arthur leads varied aspects of insights development at Understood, connecting the dots among market research (qualitative and quantitative), user interviews (UXR), and landscape and literature audits (ecosystem) — all with the goal to accelerate our impact. 

In previous lives, she spent much of her time as a strategic planner for brands at large ad agencies.
