Participate in research to support women with ADHD

Northwestern University and Understood.org have partnered to create ADHD Unstuck — a self-guided activity designed to help women with ADHD build self-awareness and balance mood or anxiety. If you’re a woman with ADHD who experiences challenges with mood or anxiety, we invite you to participate in a short study to understand how this activity can help.
Who can participate?
You can take part in the study if you:
Identify as a woman between the ages of 25 and 45
Are comfortable reading/writing in English and live in the U.S.
Are experiencing symptoms of ADHD
Are having difficulties with mood or anxiety
Have not previously completed a self-guided activity as part of this partnership
How it works
Take a quick screener to confirm your eligibility.
Take a 10- to 15-minute online survey, complete a 20- to 30-minute activity, and complete a 10- to 15-minute online survey following the activity (if eligible). Receive a $10 thank-you gift.
Take part in a 10- to 15-minute follow-up survey two weeks later and receive an additional $10 gift.
