Are you a woman with ADHD? We want to hear from you!
Understood is looking for women with ADHD who are willing to share what it’s really like to live with ADHD. In our ADHDiaries series, women with ADHD share 72 hours of their lives with us. The ups, downs, messes, and successes. And we want to hear from you!
What do 72 hours in your ADHD life look like?
We’re open to submissions from women with ADHD of any background, age, or profession. No official diagnosis is required, but all diary entries should focus on your unique experiences navigating the world as a woman with ADHD.
Our diary format makes it easy to share your story. You don’t need to be an experienced writer.
Need inspiration? You can check out some of our other diary entries.
If you’re interested in sharing, let us know by submitting this form. We’re looking forward to hearing from you.
Understood.org is a nonprofit dedicated to shaping the world for difference. We provide resources and support so people who learn and think differently can thrive — in school, at work, and throughout life. Seventy million people in the United States have learning and thinking differences, like dyslexia and ADHD. But the world isn’t set up for them to thrive. We’re working to change that by raising awareness and providing resources to help people with differences reach their potential.
