If your child has an IEP, you know how important it is to advocate for your child’s needs. The Supreme Court’s Endrew F. decision on the meaning of a free appropriate public education (FAPE) can help you do that.

The landmark decision is an opportunity to improve the special education services that students get. And it’s up to families to make the most of it. Doing so will not only help your child, but also many other kids who learn and think differently.

This sheet of talking points has key language from the Endrew F. decision. It’s also a worksheet to help improve your child’s IEP based on what the Supreme Court has said.
