Mary Beth Gustafsson

Mary Beth Gustafsson is a veteran legal executive with a career defined by her leadership in corporate compliance, M&A, and general counsel roles. Gustafsson most recently served as senior vice president and business advisor at ITT, having previously held the role of general counsel and secretary for the firm. Her extensive background includes serving as general counsel and chief compliance officer for First Solar, as well as holding senior legal leadership positions at Trane Inc. and Honeywell International Inc. Gustafsson earned her bachelor of arts degree from Boston University and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan.
