Vivien Keil is a child and adolescent psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. She has expertise in pediatric neuropsychology, interpersonal neurobiology, clinical program development, and evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT.

As a licensed psychologist in California, Keil provides developmental, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological evaluations to kids and teens. She is passionate about working with parents so they feel empowered to advocate for their child’s individual needs. 

Keil is a supervisor in the Transforming Mental Health Initiative at Rady Children’s Hospital, where she works collaboratively with therapists and primary care providers to provide integrated care for the whole child. She also works in the digital health industry, exploring innovative and tech-enabled models of care to better meet the needs of youth.
