The teacher and principal lens: Opportunities for equitable support for students with learning differences

The Teacher and Principal Lens research was designed to center the experiences of educators — particularly teachers and school leaders who are often the first to identify learning differences and the primary partners families rely on to navigate support systems. This report summarizes the research focus and findings, highlights key recommendations, and describes how Learning Heroes used the research to create and disseminate a Learning and Thinking Differences Playbook, ensuring that the work is both practical and actionable.
