Understood.org survey: Neurodiversity at work

New research from Understood highlights the challenges and opportunities that people with learning and thinking differences, such as ADHD, dyslexia, or dyscalculia, face in the workplace. It exposed employee concerns and a lack of understanding about accommodations to ask for in their workplace.

The Neurodiversity at Work Survey was conducted online within the United States by The Harris Poll on behalf of Understood.org in April 2024, among 2,088 U.S. adults ages 18+.
