Kaitlin Soulé is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LFMT) and the founder of Bay Area Modern Therapy. With a focus on women’s mental health, parenting, anxiety disorders, and ADHD, Soulé brings a unique perspective informed by both her clinical expertise and personal experience. Having received her own ADHD diagnosis in her late 30s, she’s deeply passionate about helping women and parents understand and navigate neurodivergence.
