Congratulations to Jasmine Noack and Charlie Doolittle, our 2023 Founders’ Award winners! 

During her time at Understood, Jasmine has fundamentally transformed how we engineer our products. She has set a very high bar for both quality standards and speed of delivery. 

We appreciate Jasmine for paving the way for other engineers. She’s been a leader, mentor, and owner. And she’s been a valuable partner to key stakeholders. She’s taken us to a whole new level where we can focus on accelerating our impact through technology products. 

Charlie has made tremendous, measurable impact during his 4+ years at Understood. He’s inspired change in how we approach, design, and execute the partnerships that advance our mission. 

Over the past year, he’s been instrumental in driving successful partnerships and funding opportunities with Oak Foundation, UnidosUS, Equal Opportunity Schools, and more. We deeply thank Charlie for his wisdom and for his spirit of collaboration.
