Jacob “Jake” Poses

Jake Poses is a seasoned product leader and entrepreneur with a track record of scaling digital platforms at some of the world’s most prominent technology companies. Poses currently serves as VP, head of product at Headway, where he oversees product, product design, and marketing functions. His previous experience includes serving as director of product at LinkedIn, where he led the core feed product for over 100 million weekly users, and as VP of product at Thumbtack, where he helped drive the company to a $1.25B valuation. Poses was also the co-founder and CEO of the video-sharing platform Jumprope. He holds degrees from both Duke University and Stanford University.
