Laurie Siegel is an expert in organizational strategy and human resources, specializing in the development of high-performance leadership and reward systems. Since 2012, Siegel has served as president of LAS Advisory Services, providing strategic consultancy, following her retirement from Tyco International Ltd. as chief human resources officer. Throughout her career, Siegel has held key executive positions at global firms, including Honeywell International Inc. and Avon Products. She also served as a principal of Strategic Compensation Associates, where she focused on executive compensation and corporate governance.
